Digital subscription, billed yearly at $19 and renewing at $19 for as long as it stays active and unbroken (if it lapses or is cancelled, re-joining is at the then-current price). If the renewal price for existing subscribers ever changes (other than the locked founding price), we email you at least 30 days before the charge and you can cancel before it. Cancel anytime. 14-day refund requests by email. Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Your license key is delivered by email after purchase.
Pricing questions
What does “founding member” mean?
Early supporters pay $19/year instead of the regular $29/year. The founding price is available for a limited time, and the regular price applies to people who join after founding members close.
Is the founding price really locked?
Yes. Your price stays at $19/year for as long as your subscription stays active and unbroken. If your subscription lapses or you cancel, re-joining is at the then-current price.
Will you tell me if the renewal price changes?
Yes. If the renewal price for existing subscribers ever changes (other than the locked founding price), we email you at least 30 days before the charge, and you can cancel before it.
How do I get my license key?
After checkout, your license key is emailed to you (it's in your Creem receipt email). Keep that email. Paste the key into “Enter license key” in the planner to unlock Pro.
How do I use Pro on another browser or computer?
Open the planner there, click “Enter license key” and paste your key. It works on up to 3 browsers, for example your laptop, your phone and your partner's. Your plans are stored only in the browser where you made them, so to move them use Export JSON / Import JSON (or a share link). The key unlocks Pro but doesn't carry your plan data.
I lost my license key. What do I do?
Find it in your purchase confirmation email, or email support@campsorted.com. If you see a “limit reached” message, email us and we'll reset it.
Who processes payments?
Payments are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem, which also takes care of sales tax and VAT. We never see your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Pro isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your payment for a full refund. Details are in our refund policy.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, any time, yourself: use the customer-portal link in your purchase confirmation email, or email support@campsorted.com. Cancelling stops future renewals. The year you've already paid for isn't refunded after the 14-day refund window, and your license key keeps working.
What happens to my plan if I don't renew?
Your data stays in your browser and in any JSON exports. Free features keep working; Pro features lock again.
