For tax year 2026 the IRS raised the dependent care assistance exclusion from $5,000 to $7,500 ($3,750 if married filing separately), but your employer's plan may allow less, so check your benefits portal. Day camp may count as care; overnight camp, summer school and tutoring don't, and you need each provider's name, address and tax ID.
